I, The Client, hereby agree and articulate consent to indemnify, that is, compensate for any harm or loss, and hold the Artist completely harmless and free of responsibility to any liability or legal responsibility for accidents or injuries that may potentially take place during the duration of the event.
Product Reaction Disclaimer:
We use high quality, industry standard face paints and products from a variety of reputable brands. They are cosmetic grade and hypoallergenic. We can not, however, guarantee a reaction will not occur. If you're unsure how you, your child or guest will react to any of out products, we will be glad to give a patch test prior.

Health Disclaimer:
We can not paint on any person who is sick or appears to be sick, has an open wound, scabs or sores, has lice or pink eye, does not want to be painted or can not sit still for painting. Due to highly sensitive skin and liability, we can not paint children under the age of 3. We are happy to provide temporary tattoos or glitter tattoos to those unable to be painted.
Photo Consent:
Face painting is a fun and happy activity that we love share. We frequently post our silly/fancy/scary/magical faces on social media, website and marketing materials. If you, your children (or guests) wish to not have their pictures posted/used please be sure to inform your artist. We will never include names when posting pictures.
